According to the police report, the offender was also charged with having a revoked driver’s license, leaving the scene of an accident, breath alcohol over limit, failure to yield at intersection and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
A 20-year-old man and a 26-year-old woman were charged with retail theft at County Market, 1819 Philo Rd., Wednesday.
According to the police report, the offenders stole diapers, liquor, food and lip balm. They were confronted by the police outside the store.
A 24-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer at Canopy Club, 708 S. Goodwin Ave., Wednesday.
According to the police report, the offender was intoxicated, started a fight with his friend and refused to stand still.
