According to the police report, the offender, a 51-year-old man, was harassing female employees over the phone.
A 23-year-old woman reported theft at the 200 block of South Sixth Street on Thursday.
According to the police report, the victim’s coat was left in a bedroom of the residence. The unknown offender took items from the coat pockets.

A 20-year-old woman was arrested on the charge of retail theft at World Harvest, 519 E. University Ave., on Wednesday.
According to the police report, the offender was issued a notice to appear after concealing items in her purse and attempting to leave the store. The offender has also been banned from the store for life.
Burglary was reported at Meijer, 2401 N. Prospect Ave., on Thursday.
According to the police report, the unknown offender pushed a shopping cart full of merchandise out of the store without paying. The offender was unable to be located at time of the report.
A 21-year-old woman was arrested on the charge of deceptive practices at Hairbenders, on 703 S. Sixth St., on Friday.
According to the police report, the offender wrote checks to the business on a closed account.
A 22-year-old woman and a 58-year-old woman, reported burglary at Tuesday Morning, 241 S. Mattis Ave., on Friday.
According to the police report, an unknown suspect entered their workplace and took wallets from their purses.
Urbana
A 23-year-old man was arrested on the charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, breath alcohol over the legal limit, improper parking on roadway, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle at Sunset and Lincoln avenues Friday.
According to the police report, an officer found the vehicle in the roadway. The driver was slumped over the wheel.
University
A 45-year-old man was arrested on charges of trespass to state-supported land, two counts of burglary and resisting/obstructing a police officer near the corner of Green and Wright streets Wednesday.
According to the police report, the offender is accused of stealing a case of pre-cooked bacon from Antonio’s Pizza, 619 E. Green St., and toilet paper and hand towels from the University.
Theft and criminal damage to property was reported at Daniels Hall, 1010 W. Green St., sometime before 10 p.m. Wednesday.
According to the police report, unknown offenders stole a laptop computer, after cutting open a screen and opening an unlocked window.
