Urbana High School recognized

Urbana High School receives bronze-level honors in U.S. News & World Report’s list of best high schools in the nation.

According to a press release from the Urbana School District, among the 70 Illinois schools on the list, only two Champaign County High Schools were recognized. University Laboratory High School in Urbana received honorable mention.

“Over the past few years, we have worked very hard as a learning community to support all of our students, and it is always nice to receive confirmation that what we are doing is valued,” stated Laura Taylor, principal of UHS, in the press release.
