According to the police report, the offender was charged with obstruction of justice after he ran from officers when asked to stop several times. The offender was also charged with possession of cannabis and possession of drug equipment.

According to the police report, the offender was arrested on a warrant after officials responded to a report of a fight and ran name checks on the individuals involved.

According to the police report, the offender was arrested on charges of retail theft after stealing several food items.

A 19-year-old man was arrested at the 400 block of E. Daniel St. on Friday morning.
According to the police report, the offender was arrested on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in court for driving with a suspended license. He was the passenger in a vehicle stopped because of strong odors of cannabis emanating from the car.
