- Robbery was reported at the 2000 block of North Prospect Avenue, Wednesday afternoon.
According to the police report, the offender flagged the victim down and asked for money. When the victim removed money from her purse, the offender grabbed her arm and pulled the money from her hand. The offender fled the area on foot and was not located at the time of the report.
- Disorderly conduct was reported at the 1900 block of North Market Street, Wednesday morning.
According to the police report, the victim was being harassed and stalked by the offender.
- Deceptive practices were reported at the 2400 block of High View Court, Tuesday afternoon.
According to the police report, the victim’s debit card was taken from his residence and used without permission.
- A 25-year-old man was arrested at the intersection of Prospect Avenue and Marketview Drive, Sunday morning.
According to the police report, the offender was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.

Urbana
- A 21-year-old man, a 22-year-old man and a 32-year-old man were arrested at the 1300 block of North Lincoln Avenue on Wednesday morning.
According to the police report, the first offender was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended license and obstructing justice after providing false information to avoid an arrest. He was also arrested on an in-state warrant, along with the third offender. The second offender was arrested for possession of cannabis.
- A 27-year-old man was arrested at the 700 block of West Oregon Street, Tuesday night.
According to the police report, the offender was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper lane usage.
