According to the report, the man was issued a no-trespassing letter for standing outside the Irwin Academic Services Center and yelling obscenities to people entering and leaving the building.
Theft under $300 was reported on Tuesday.
According to the report, the victim’s laptop was taken from under a passenger bus seat.
