Champaign Police received report of a stolen vehicle parked on the railroad tracks on Saturday at 1:57 a.m.

A trolley that was rented out to the Fireside bar was reported stolen from the parking lot. The trolley was found on the Canadian National Railroad tracks, 20 E. Green St.

The driver had previously been approached by a man asking to drive the trolley. The man is described as Caucasian, 5’06” and 180 pounds with blonde hair and a blue and white striped shirt.

The trolley was damaged on the driver’s side headlight area after it struck the overpass railing.
