– A 21-year-old male was arrested for throwing dangerous materials at the intersection of Green and Neil streets on Friday night.
According to the report, an officer observed a physical altercation in a yard, and it was determined the suspect threw items off the balcony.
– Aggravated battery was reported on the 400 block of East Springfield Avenue on Saturday morning.
According to the report, two unknown offenders battered a 20-year-old male.

– Aggravated battery was reported on the 700 block of South Six Street on Sunday.
According to the report, a 21-year-old victim was battered by unknown suspects. The victim did not want to pursue charges.
– Domestic battery was reported on the 1100 block of South Fourth Street on Friday morning.
According to the report, the female victim was battered by a male suspect.
– A 25-year-old male was arrested for theft of $300 and under and on an in-state warrant for trespassing on the 1600 block of West Springfield Avenue.
According to the report, the subject was listed as an offender for theft of currency.
– Five notices to appear were given on the 700 block of South Fifth Street at Joe’s Brewery on Oct. 30.
– Criminal damage to property was reported on the 100 block of East Gregory Drive on Oct. 30.
According to the report, the victim’s vehicle was damaged by a bag of garbage thrown from the balcony. A notice to appear was issued to the resident.
– A 54-year-old female and a 48-year-old male were arrested for possession of a controlled substance on the 400 block of East Eureka Street on Friday night.
According to the report, contact was made with subjects leaving a known narcotics location. Subjects were found to be in possession of a controlled substance.
