- A 21-year-old male from Urbana was arrested for delivery of cannabis 30 grams and under at the intersection of Armory and Locust Streets on Oct. 29. According to the report, a confidential source was utilized to make two controlled purchases of cannabis from the suspect.
- Criminal damage to property was reported on the 400 block of East Springfield Avenue on Wednesday around noon. According to the report, the victim’s vehicle was damaged Nov. 5 around 11 p.m.
- Criminal damage to property was reported on the 500 block of East John Street on Wednesday. According to the report, the suspect damaged the front apartment door by banging on it
- Criminal damage to property was reported on the 100 block of East Armory Street on Nov. 1. According to the report, an unknown suspect damaged the victim’s vehicle on Oct. 25.
- Criminal damage to property was reported on the 00 block of East Healey Street on Wednesday. According to the report, an unknown suspect slashed the victim’s tire on her vehicle.
- Theft of $300 and under was reported on the 00 block of East Healey Street on Wednesday. According to the report, an unknown suspect stole a tire from her bicycle.
Urbana
- Theft of $300 and under was reported on the 900 block of West Stoughton Street on Wednesday. According to the report, an unknown offender stole the victim’s bicycle frame, leaving a tire behind. The tire was processed for fingerprints but showed negative results.
University
- Criminal damage and theft was reported at parking lot E14, 1800 S. First Street, in Champaign, on Wednesday. According to the report, the damage to the owner’s car’s convertible top was estimated at $1,500, a GPS device estimated at $200 and a charging cord estimated at $20 were stolen. The vehicle had been parked in the lot for about a week.
- Theft was reported at Mumford Hall, 1301 W. Gregory Drive, in Urbana on Wednesday. According to the report, the stolen construction tools were valued at $250.
