Champaign

• A 34-year-old female from Urbana was arrested for driving without a license on the 700 block of South Wright Street on Dec. 2.
• According to the report, the subject was stopped for suspended plates and vehicle registration.
• A 18-year-old female from Urbana and a 20-year-old male from Champaign were issued notices to appear on the 700 block of South Sixth Street on Thursday.
• According to the report, the female was issued a notice to appear for minor in possession of alcohol and unlawful use of identification, and the male was issued a notice for minor in possession of alcohol.
• Deceptive practices were reported at the Talecris Plasma Center on the 00 block of East Green Street on Wednesday morning.
• According to the report, an unknown suspect charged an unknown item to the business credit card in Downers Grove on Nov. 3.
• A 20-year-old female from Urbana was issued a notice to appear for minor in possession of alcohol at the intersection of First and Chalmers streets on Thursday.
• Thirteen notices to appear for minor in possession of alcohol were issued at Kam’s, 618 E. Daniel St., on Wednesday night.
• Nine notices to appear for minor in possession of alcohol were issued on the 200 block of East Green Street on Thursday shortly after midnight.
• A 21-year-old female from Champaign was issued a notice to appear for carrying liquor out of premises, a 21-year-old male was cited for possession of alcohol on public property, and five others were issued notices to appear for minor in possession of alcohol at Joe’s Brewery on the 700 block of South Fifth Street on Thursday.

• Theft of $300 and under was reported on the 1200 block of West Nevada Avenue on Wednesday night.
• According to the report, a unknown offender took the victim’s purse during a party at the listed address.
