A 54-year-old male was charged with burglary from a motor vehicle at the 00 block of East Green Street on Jan. 15.
According to the report, there was one victim present during the burglary. The burglary resulted in the theft of clothing items and a GPS system and the damage of a window.
A 34-year-old male was arrested for aggravated battery, aggravated assault and disorderly conduct at the Highdive, 54 E. Main St., on Sunday night.
According to the report, the suspect urinated in the bar and was subsequently asked to leave the property.
The suspect refused and threatened the bar’s staff. He was escorted to jail after his arrest.
Articles were reported missing at Market Place Mall at 2000 N. Neil St., on Jan. 15.
According to the report, the victim lost his wallet after placing it in his pocket. Items lost include forms of identification, a driver’s license and credit/debit cards.

A 19-year-old male and a 21-year-old female were involved in a domestic dispute at the 600 block of West Oregon Street on Sunday morning.
According to the report, the dispute was concerning the couple’s break up.
A 49-year-old male was arrested for driving with a revoked license at the 1100 block of Busey Street around noon on Sunday.
According to the report, the offender was also charged with harassing a victim via phone calls.
A 22-year-old male and a 33-year-old male were involved in a domestic dispute on Jan. 16 at
2000 block of Philo Road over a remark that was made.
An 18-year-old male ran away from the group home without permission at the 200 block of East Washington Street around 1 p.m. on Jan. 16.
A 15-year-old female was reported as a runaway at about 3 in the afternoon on Jan. 14.
A cell phone was stolen out of a victim’s pocket at a party at midnight on Jan. 16.
A weed trimmer was stolen, and later recovered, from a victim’s car at the 900 block of Fairview Avenue at 6 p.m. on Jan. 14.
A car was damaged on the 900 block of Lierman Avenue near noon on Jan. 16.
