Champaign
- A 26-year-old female was arrested for an in-state warrant on the 1700 block of South Neil Street on Jan. 10.
- A driver’s license was reported lost at the Highdive, 51 E. Main St., on Wednesday afternoon.
- Residential burglary was reported on the 600 block of East Chalmers Street on Tuesday afternoon.
- According to the report, an unknown offender entered the victim’s apartment and stole two electronic gaming systems and a television set.
- Disorderly conduct was reported at the Telecris Plasma Center, 24 E. Green St., on Wednesday afternoon.
- According to the report, an 18-year-old female suspect was being disorderly in the business. No arrests were made.
Urbana
- Theft of under $300 was reported on the 1400 block of West Park Street at the CU Dialysis Center on Wednesday evening.
- According to the report, some of the victim’s property disappeared from a lock at work while she was on an extended leave.
- Three notices to appear for minor in possession of alcohol were given at the Canopy Club, 708 S. Goodwin Ave., on Tuesday shortly before midnight.
University
- Theft was reported at the Activities and Recreation Center, 201 E. Peabody Drive, in Champaign, on Wednesday.
- According to the report, an 18-year-old University student reported his wallet was stolen between 7:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. while he was playing indoor soccer. The wallet contained $70 in cash, a credit card, insurance card and driver’s license.
- Theft was reported at the Grainger Engineering Library and Information Center, 1301 W. Springfield Ave., Urbana.
- According to the report, $4.75 was taken from a coin-operated machine in a women’s restroom in the building sometime between Dec. 8, 2010, and Wednesday of this week. The metal cover of the change tray was missing, according to the University employee who reported the theft.
- Theft was reported at the Main Library, 1408 W. Gregory Drive, in Urbana, on Wednesday.
- According to the report, a 21-year-old University student told police her phone was stolen after she inadvertently left it unattended for five minutes in a restroom. She said the estimated value of the phone is $200.
