- A 32-year-old male was issued a city notice after being observed with cannabis at Town Center Apartments at the 2400 block of North Neil Street on Thursday.
- A 39-year-old male was arrested for domestic battery at the 2100 block of Cypress Drive on Wednesday night.
- Theft from a car was reported at the 600 block of South Duncan Road Tuesday evening.
- According to the report, 10 CDs and two DVD players were stolen.

- A parking lot permit was stolen from a motor vehicle at the 100 block of McCullough Street.
- A 17-year-old female left Cunningham Children’s Home at the 1300 block of Cunningham Avenue without permission Wednesday morning
- A 23-year-old male sent a threatening voice mail message to batter and kill both victims at the 800 block of Anderson Street on Wednesday afternoon.
- According to the report, the offender also sent a threatening text message to the female victim.
- A 16-year-old male left Kendall Gill Group Home at the 200 block of East Washington Street without permission Wednesday afternoon.
- A 22-year-old female damaged furnishings after an altercation with the victim at her residence at the 1200 block of East Florida Avenue on Wednesday evening.
- A 24-year-old male was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and obstructing justice at the 1000 block of Kerr Avenue on Wednesday morning.
- According to the report, the offender attempted to destroy evidence just before a search warrant at the offender’s apartment was executed.
University
- A 19-year-old Parkland student was arrested on a warrant at the corner of Green and Wright streets on Wednesday night.
- According to the report, the offender was wanted for possession of a controlled substance.
- An 18-year-old male University student was arrested for obstructing justice and illegal purchase and possession of alcohol by a minor Wednesday.
- According to the report, the incident had occurred in December, and the offender initially gave police the name of his brother.
