• A 30-year-old male was arrested for driving with a suspended driver’s license at the corner of University Avenue and State Street late Saturday night. According to the report, he was initially stopped for improper lane usage.
• A 20-year-old male was arrested for a suspended registration at the intersection of Mattis Avenue and Church Street late Sunday night.
• A 18-year-old female was arrested for retail theft at Walmart, 2610 N. Prospect Ave., Sunday afternoon. According to the report, the offender attempted to take cosmetics and food items without paying.
• A laptop computer was stolen out of a motor vehicle parked at the 1200 block of Western Drive on Sunday evening.
• A 21-year-old male and a 23-year-old male were issued city notices for possession of cannabis at the 00 block of Alder Court late Saturday night.
• A 38-year-old male was arrested for obstructing justice after giving an officer a false identity at the 400 block of E. Stoughton Street early Tuesday morning.

Urbana

• A bicycle was stolen at the 300 block of West Washington Street Monday morning.
• A 17-year-old male was arrested on a warrant at the 1500 block of Curtis Drive on Monday night.
• A storm door was broken at the 1100 block of Austin Drive early Tuesday morning.
• A victim contacted the police because he had taken an unknown number of pills as a suicide attempt at Lincoln Lodge, 403 W. University Ave., early Tuesday morning. According to the report, the victim was taken to Provena Health for evaluation.
• Graffiti was spray painted on a wall at Urbana Free Library, 210 W. Green St. on Thursday.
• A 61-year-old male had left animals outside in hazardous conditions without proper food and shelter at the 1600 block of Wiley Drive on Saturday afternoon.
