Champaign

• A 21-year-old male from Urbana was arrested for resisting and obstructing a police officer, a 21-year-old male was issued a notice to appear for carrying alcohol out of premises and two 18-year-old males were issued notices for minor in possession of alcohol, one of which was also issued a notice for public urination on the 500 block of South Fifth Street on Saturday.
• Criminal damage to property was reported on the 00 block of East Green Street on Monday afternoon. According to the report, the victim’s car was keyed.
• Criminal damage to property was reported on the 1100 block of South Fourth Street on Monday morning. According to the report, the victim’s window was broken by an unknown subject.
• A 24-year-old male was arrested for retail theft and issued a no-trespass notice at County Market on the 300 block of East Stoughton on Monday afternoon. According to the report, the offender was caught shoplifting six items of drugs, a book and a item of food from the business.

Urbana

• Criminal damage to property was reported on the 700 block of South Goodwin Avenue on Friday afternoon. According to the report, an unknown offender damaged an Urbana city parking meter.
• Residential burglary was reported on the 800 block of West Oregon Street on Friday night. According to the report, an unknown offender forcefully entered the victim’s apartment and stole currency, a computer, an electronic gaming system, two video games and a television.

University

• A 35-year-old male and a 30-year-old male from Champaign were arrested on outstanding warrants in the parking lot of Colonial Pantry, 312 E. Green St., Champaign, at on Sunday. According to the report, police made the arrests following a suspicious behavior call.
• A 23-year-old male from Champaign was arrested for possession of cannabis at his apartment on the 00 block of East Armory Avenue, Champaign, on Monday night. According to the report, the offender was arrested after police served a search warrant.
• Two males from Normal and Peoria were arrested for possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia with three others who were arrested for possession of a controlled substance on the 500 block of South Goodwin Street, Urbana, at about 11:50 p.m. Saturday. According to the report, the offenders were arrested in a traffic stop.
