Work on installing a sanitary sewer line in Springfield Avenue is now scheduled to begin on Friday February 18th. Work will be done from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The street will still be accessible during these hours.

According to a recent release, this work was planned for February 17th, however a situation in another community caused the City’s lining contractor to postpone work until the following day.

Neil Street traffic will be affected as well from Wednesday through Friday.

Between Arcadia Drive and Bradley Avenue, southbound traffic will be reduced because water main maintenance will be done during this time.

Vehicles should be aware that construction will be taking place and be attentive while driving through these areas.
