- According to the report, an unknown suspect damaged a window.
- A 19-year-old male from Urbana was issued a notice to appear for minor in possession of alcohol and a 41-year-old male from Oswego, Ill., was issued a notice to appear for delivery of alcohol to a minor at Legends on the 500 block of East Green on Saturday shortly before midnight.
- Six notices to appear for minor in possession of alcohol were issued at The Clybourne, 706 S. Sixth St., on Sunday.
- A 45-year-old male was issued a no-trespassing notice at Merry Ann’s Diner, 1 E. Main St., on Tuesday morning.
- According to the report, the subject was issued the notice because he was found passed out inside the restaurant.
- An 18-year-old male from Manhattan, Ill., was arrested for criminal damage to property at Sigma Phi Epsilon on the 1100 block of South Fourth Street onday shortly before midnight.
- According to the report, the suspect broke a window at the fraternity house by throwing a rock at it.
- A 53-year-old homeless male was arrested for disorderly conduct at the U.S. Post Office on the 300 block of East Green Street on Monday night.
- Two males were issued notices to appear for minor in possession of alcohol at Murphy’s Pub, 604 E. Green St., Saturday shortly before midnight.
Urbana
- Theft was reported on the 700 block of West Illinois Street on Sunday afternoon.
- According to the report, an unknown offender stole the victim’s unlocked bike from the back porch of the residence.
