The Champaign Police Department is searching for the man associated with a case of home invasion and with the shooting a victim that was reported at the 1500 block of West Clark Street at 8:45 p.m. on March 4. An arrest warrant has been issued for Clemon Adkinson on charges of aggravated battery with a firearm.

On Friday, two males forced their way into the home of and fired shots at a 24-year-old woman, who was transported to Carle for treatment of injuries.

The warrant for Adkinson was issued on March 5. Bond has been set at $1 million.
