Champaign
- Aggravated battery was reported at the intersection of First and Daniel streets on Friday afternoon. According to the report, the victim was battered on a sidewalk by an unknown subject.
- A 19-year-old male was issued a notice to appear for minor in possession of alcohol with three others issued notices for possession of alcohol on public property Friday shortly after 10 p.m.
- A 19-year-old male from Champaign was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol over the legal limit, improper lane usage and an accident involving non-injury at the intersection of Green and Chestnut streets on Friday around 8 p.m. According to the report, an accident investigation led to the arrest for driving under the influence.
- Residential burglary was reported on the 300 block of East Chalmers Street at the Phi Delta Theta fraternity on Sunday shortly after 2 p.m. According to the report, a laptop computer was stolen by an unknown suspect.
University
- A 26-year-old male from Georgetown, Ill., and a 26-year-old male from Danville, Ill., were each arrested for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver in University parking lot C-10 on the 500 block of East Daniel Street, Champaign, at about 1:20 a.m. Sunday. According to the report, one of the offenders was also arrested for possession of cannabis.
- A cell phone was reported stolen at Campus Recreation Center East, 1102 W. Gregory Dr., Urbana at about 6:10 p.m. Saturday.
- A 21-year-old male from Itasca, Ill., was arrested for retail theft at the Clybourne Bar, 706 S. Sixth St., Champaign, at about 9:10 p.m. Friday. According to the report, the manager of the bar said the subject stole a bottle of liquor from behind the bar.
- A 20-year-old male from Park Forest, Ill., was arrested for consumption of alcohol by a minor at Weston Hall, 1209 Euclid St., Champaign, at about 8:30 p.m. Friday.
- An 18-year-old male University student from Champaign was arrested for cannabis possession and for obstructing a police officer near a residence hall courtyard in the 900 block of College Court, Urbana, at about 12:10 p.m. Friday.
