Champaign

• Four city notices to appear were issued for minor in possession of alcohol, and three city notices were issued for possession of alcohol on public property on the 300 block of East Healey Street on Friday around 10 a.m.
• A 20-year-old male from Milford, Iowa, was arrested for minor in possession of alcohol and unlawful use of identification on the 300 block of East Daniel Street on Friday around noon.
• A 42-year-old male was arrested for criminal damage to property, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug equipment on the 600 block of South State Street on Wednesday shortly after 4 a.m. According to the report, the suspect damaged a door to an apartment complex and was found in possession of a pipe and cocaine residue.
• A 24-year-old male and a 22-year-old male were issued notices to appear for adult responsibility and a 20-year-old female was issued a notice to appear for minor in possession of alcohol on the 900 block of South First Street on Friday around 2 p.m.
• A 32-year-old female was issued a notice to appear for battery on the 700 block of South Fifth Street at Joe’s Brewery on Friday shortly after 7:30 p.m. According to the report, the subject pushed the victim in an attempt to get at someone else.
• Four males from Champaign were each issued notices to appear for minor in possession of alcohol, alcohol sales and adult responsibility with 28 others who were issued notices to appear for minor in possession on the 100 block of East Green Street on Friday around 2 p.m. According to the report, an unknown suspect entered the victim’s unlocked vehicle and stole a broken MP3 charger.
• A 19-year-old male was issued a notice to appear for minor in possession of alcohol and resisting and obstructing an officer at the intersection of Daniel and Fourth streets on Friday around 4:30 p.m. According to the report, the suspect threw an empty cup at an officer and fled and was then located.
• A 22-year-old male from Park Ridge, Ill., was issued a notice to appear for fighting with a 19-year-old male from Savoy, Ill., who was also issued a notice to appear for fighting an minor in possession of alcohol at the intersection of Fifth Street and Stoughton Avenue on Friday around 4:45 p.m.
