Champaign
- Twelve notices to appear were issued at Murphy’s Pub, 604 E. Green St., on March 18 around 1 a.m.
- Theft of motor vehicle parts was reported on the 400 block of East Clark Street on Sunday shorty before 5 p.m. According to the report, an unknown subject stole the victim’s license plates.
- Three notices to appear were issued at White Horse Inn, 112 E. Green St., on March 18 shortly after midnight.
- A 22-year-old male from Champaign was arrested for aggravated battery, disorderly conduct and being on in-state warrant at the 00 block of Chester Street on Monday around 1:40 a.m. According to the report, a female victim was hit in the head by the offender who then hit the victim’s vehicle.
Urbana
- An 18-year-old male, 19-year-old male and 22-year-old male were arrested for battery, residential burglary and criminal damage to property on the 800 block of West Oregon Street on Saturday around 2:30 a.m. According to the report, the two underage subjects had been consuming alcohol and all three entered the victim’s residence without permission, collectively damaging the victim’s property. The subjects were interrupted by another victim and were taken to jail.
- A 46-year-old homeless male was arrested for trespassing at Dairy Queen, 911 W. University Ave., on Wednesday around 6:30 p.m. According to the report, the offender, who was intoxicated and consuming alcohol inside the restaurant, refused to leave when asked.
- Theft, assault and aggravated battery was reported at the 1200 block of West University Avenue on March 21 just before 3 a.m. According to the report, the offenders refused to pay for their meal and were arguing when they attempted to leave without paying. They then threatened and battered the victim and fled the scene.
University
- An 18-year-old male and 19-year-old male from Champaign were arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia at 5:45 p.m. Sunday in a University parking lot in the 1800 block of South Lincoln Avenue. According to the report, the first subject was also arrested for possession of a controlled substance, and the second was arrested for criminal trespass.
