A 24-year-old male from Urbana was arrested for possession of cannabis, illegal transportation of liquor and driving with a suspended license on the 400 block of North Third Street on Friday shortly after 9:30 p.m. According to the report, the subject was arrested following a routine traffic stop for improper lane usage.
A 21-year-old male from Champaign was arrested on an in-state warrant for failing to appear for a noise citation on the 300 block of East Daniel Street on Saturday shortly before 3 a.m.
A 20-year-old male was arrested on an in-state warrant for failing to appear for possession of alcohol by a minor citation on the 300 block of East Stoughton Avenue on March 3 around 11 p.m.
A 26-year-old male was arrested on an in-state warrant for failing to appear for a citation for the possession of alcohol on public property Feb. 27.
A 26-year-old female was arrested on an in-state warrant at the intersection of University Avenue and Fourth Street on March 21 shortly after 2 a.m.
A 27-year-old male from Redding, Calif., was arrested for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and driving without a license with a 29-year-old female from Champaign, arrested for aggravated battery and resisting and obstructing an officer, at the intersection of Walnut and Logan streets Thursday around 10:30 p.m. According to the report, the driver and passenger were arrested following a traffic violation.

Criminal sexual abuse and a domestic dispute was reported on the 700 block of West Elm Street on Monday shortly before 3 p.m. According to the report, the offender and victim were dating five months prior, and the offender came to the apartment and groped the victim’s body, and attempted to have sexual relations with her. The victim pushed the offender away, who then fled.

A 22-year-old male from Champaign was arrested for unlawful display of a license plate, driving with a suspended license and illegal transportation of alcohol in University parking lot C-10, 510 E. Daniels St., at 1:45 a.m. Tuesday.
A 53-year-old male from Champaign was arrested for retail theft and resisting arrest at Circle K, 609 E. University Ave., at 7:30 p.m. Monday. According to the report, an officer stopped the subject in the parking lot, where he allegedly attempted to escape by bicycle.
