Champaign
- Theft was reported on the 200 block of South Third Street shortly before 3 p.m. Wednesday. According to the report, an unknown suspect stole the victim’s bicycle.
- Criminal damage to property was reported on the 100 block of East Daniel Street around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday. According to the report, the victim’s vehicle was damaged while parked on the street.
Urbana
- A 20-year-old male from Champaign was arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor at Provena Covenant Medical Center, 1400 W. Park St., around 3:40 a.m. Thursday. According to the report, the offender was brought to the hospital for a high level of intoxication, then walked out of the emergency room and was stopped by police.
- Trespassing and disorderly conduct was reported at Carle Foundation Hospital on the 600 block of West University Avenue shortly after 5 p.m. Wednesday. According to the report, Champaign police assisted hospital security by removing a subject from the facility who was issued a verbal warning.
- A 40-year-old male from Urbana was arrested for resisting and obstructing an officer at Carle Hospital on the 600 block of West University Avenue shortly before 5 p.m. Wednesday. According to the report, the suspect obstructed officers’ performance while investigating a DUI.
University
- Computer and gaming equipment with an estimated value of $3,500 was reported stolen at 12:15 p.m. Wednesday from a student’s unlocked room inside Oglesby Hall, 1005 College Park Ct.
- A bronze plaque valued at $200 was reported stolen at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday from a third-floor classroom at Davenport Hall, 607 S. Mathews Ave.
