With their time in college waning, the class of 2011 is making the most of their days on campus. After all the late night cram sessions, parties and memories made here in Champaign-Urbana, graduating seniors shared seven ways that they will be spending their last seven days.
h3. 1. Do something crazy
The realization that school is ending and the real world is hurdling toward you, can cause some anxiety. Many seniors deal with this anxiety by doing something a little crazy.
Miguel Musngi, senior in LAS, plans on skydiving with his best friend before graduating, and Kyra Brando, senior in FAA plans on jumping in the alumni fountain.
Making the jump from college to the real world might be a little easier if you make a different kind of jump before hand.

h3. 2. Quad it up
Home of Quad Day, pep rallies, protesting, chalk drawings and spring afternoons spent laying around with friends soaking up the sun, many seniors, such as Kaye Foley, senior in LAS, will be spending their remaining days hanging out in the heart of campus.
“If the weather gets warmer, I will do all things on the quad: eat, sleep, and jealously glare at all the students who still have more time here,” said Foley.
h3. 3. Eat C-U
Graduating seniors weren’t as lucky as this year’s freshmen class who get the luxury of dining at the new Ikenberry Dining Hall, but many will still miss the food on campus. Foley plans on trying out new restaurants before she leaves like Luna and Courier Café. Kelly Nash, senior in Media, will be hitting up staples like Firehaus, Dos Reales and One World Pizza, places she says she can’t find back at home.
h3. 4. Drink C-U
Some of the best times that graduating seniors have had on campus are the times they probably don’t remember. Some plan on attending Karaoke at White Horse and joining the Mug Club at the Illini Inn. Logan Kirbach, senior in AHS, plans on spending his last few days kicking back and relaxing with friends.
“Lots of Kams and day drinking outside as much as possible,” he said.
h3. 5. Ring the bells
Seniors like Brando and Foley plan on celebrating their time as an Illini by taking a tour of the Altgeld Bell Tower and ringing the bells. This campus staple was dedicated during Homecoming 1920 as a gift from the graduating classes of 1914-1921. Tours run Monday-Friday from 12:30-1 p.m.
h3. 6. Hail to the Orange, Blue, Bulls and Blackhawks
Many seniors said that they’d wished they’d gone to more sporting events while on campus. Nash even plans to make it to a baseball game, something she hasn’t done yet. But seniors won’t just be cheering for Illini teams during their remaining days. With Chicago’s successful professional teams, senior sports fans could find themselves pretty busy.
“I want to watch every Bulls and Hawks game with friends at bars,” said Brittany Anselmo, senior in Business.
h3. 7. Live it up with friends
The one thing that no one on campus can argue is that these graduating seniors haven’t worked hard to get where they are, and they deserve some finish line fun.
“This semester I had to give up a majority of my free time because I was studying for the CPA. I was also making decisions about law school and I was home a majority of the weekends,” said Anselmo.
“These next two weeks I am virtually done with all of my school work and most of my other responsibilities. I have a few things in mind, but I am just going to focus on hanging out with friends and seeing where the week takes me. Some times no plan is better than any plans at all.”
