According to the report, officers were called to the area for the report of a subject with a gun. Two people were located and detained. However, the gun was determined to be a fake, and they were released.

* A 24-year-old Champaign man was arrested for an outstanding Champaign County warrant for illegal firearms possession at 2:15 a.m. Tuesday.
According to the report, the suspect was arrested following a traffic stop near Green and First streets in Champaign. The suspect was reportedly driving without headlights when he was pulled over.
