Champaign Police arrested a 41-year-old male on the 800 block of north State Street at approximately 2:40 a.m. Wednesday in response to a verbal altercation that took place between the victim, a 47-year-old male, and the alleged attacker, Kenneth Graham, 41. Both parties were inside Graham's home when the victim reported being stabbed with an unknown object.
