The University Police Department posted a crime alert activity update on its website stating that a 19-year-old man was arrested around 2 a.m. on Sunday for mob action and aggravated battery. Deputy Chief Jeff Christensen said the incident is still under investigation as to whether the man was tied to a previous crime alert.
