An unknown offender kicked in the window of a Douglas Branch library at the 500 block of Grove Wednesday evening. According to a police report, one window was damaged. No arrests had been made at the time of the report.
Police issued 11 notices to appear in court for underage consumption in a bar check at the 600 block of East Daniel Street early Thursday morning.
A 44-year-old man suspected of taking a bike without permission was issued a notice to appear in court at the zero block of East Washington Street Wednesday evening.

A 23-year-old man was issued a notice to appear in court for public urination at the 600 block of North Neil Street at early Thursday morning.

A 19-year-old woman reported that her registration sticker was missing from her license plate at the 1200 block of Florida Avenue Wednesday morning.
No arrests had been made at the time of the report.
A 29-year-old woman was charged with leaving the scene of a crime after her car was involved in a traffic accident at the corner of Indiana Avenue and Orchard Street Thursday morning.
A 49-year-old man was arrested for an in-state warrant for burglary at the 900 block of West Eureka Street Wednesday night.
A 29-year-old woman and 28-year-old man reported theft at the corner of Michigan Avenue and Ogelthorpe Tuesday night.
According to a police report, a DVD player and two televisions were stolen out of the back seat of the man’s car. No arrests had been made at the time of the report.

According to a police report, officers stopped the offender after he drove across the quad from East Daniel Street.
A 23-year-old man was arrested on warrant at the 1200 block of West Oregon Street Wednesday morning.
According to a police report, the warrant was issued by Fairfax County in Virginia.
