Champaign
– A 26-year-old man was arrested for destruction of property at the 1500 block of Hedge Road Monday night.
According to a police report, the man kicked in the door of the home and broke a window before running. He was caught at the 1600 block of West Bradley Avenue.
– Habitat for Humanity, 40 E. University Ave., reported the theft of a safe, cash and keys to the business and vehicles Monday night.
According to a police report, there was no sign of forced entry.

– A 20-year-old man was arrested for theft at Gordmans Department Store, 1901 N. Market St., after attempting to steal a pair of shoes Tuesday afternoon.
According to a police report, the man was also charged with obstruction of justice and possession of a fake ID.
– A 28-year-old man was arrested at the 500 block of West Beardsley Avenue early Monday morning for driving with a revoked license and not having insurance on his vehicle.
According to a police report, the man was also charged with possession of cannabis.
Urbana
– A 19-year-old man was arrested early Wednesday morning after he broke into a home at the 2000 block of Muirfield Place.
According to a police report, the offender was found sleeping in the victim’s living room and appeared to be highly intoxicated.
– A 53-year-old woman was arrested Tuesday when she was accused of her dogs disturbing the peace at the 400 block of Colorado Avenue.
– Police are searching for a 25-year-old woman after she left her three small children home alone for an extended period of time at the 1000 block of South Lierman Avenue Tuesday.
According to a police report, the Department of Children and Family Services had been contacted. The children, two boys and a girl, were 1, 4 and 2-years-old.

-A 29-year-old man reported he was the victim of road rage Tuesday night at the intersection of Sixth Street and Gregory Avenue.
According to a police report, after the victim passed him, the offender exited his car at a stoplight and pounded on the victim’s car window.

– A Colorado license plate was stolen from a car before 6:30 p.m. Sunday.
According to a police report, the exact location of the theft was unknown.

– A resident of Snyder Hall, 206 E. Peabody Dr., reported another resident threatened her early Monday morning.
According to a police report, the victim asked the offender to turn down her music at 12:45 a.m.
