A recall for the generic brand of Tylenol, Acetaminophen was announced. Metal fragments were found in over 200 bottles. The recall does not affect Tylenol. According to the FDA no injuries or illnesses have been reported.

The Acetaminophen caplets were made by Perrigo Co. The recall affects retailers such as CVS, Walmart, Safeway and SuperValu Inc who typically sell these pills.
