Jody Ellis and Derrick McPhearson, junior football players that have been dismissed from the team, received continuances on their cases involving four counts of residential burglary and two counts of theft under $300 stemming from an incident on Unofficial St. Patrick’s Day.

McPhearson will return to court on the afternoon of May 4 and Ellis will appear on the morning of May 8.

Both men pled not guilty to the charges during their first appearance on March 5.
