On the last stop of the Governor’s Illinois bus tour, Rod Blagojevich spoke in Danville Thursday to rally support for his “investing in families” budget plan. The proposed plan includes affordable and comprehensive health insurance for all Illinoisans. Blagojevich’s main incentive is to provide greater funding toward social reform by way of health care and education.
