The state issued a flash flood watch in effect until this evening. Heavy rainfall will continue with winds 15-25 miles per hour, according to the WILL-580 forecast by meteorolgist ED Kieser.

The forecast also predicts severe thunderstorms later in the evening, with clouds and heavy rain.
