- A 20-year-old Charleston, Ill., woman was arrested for being a minor in possession of alcohol at C.O. Daniels, 608 E. Daniel St., Feb. 29.
According to a police report, the offender was inside the business with an alcoholic beverage.
The offender was issued a notice to appear in court.
- A 19-year-old woman was arrested for being a minor in possession of alcohol at the intersection of Marketview Drive and Neil Street early Tuesday morning.
According to a police report, the offender was stopped for having only one headlight on her vehicle and alcohol was found inside the car.
The offender was issued a notice to appear in court.

- A 33-year-old woman reported residential burglary at the 200 block of West Columbia Avenue, Tuesday morning.
According to a police report, an unknown offender stole various items from the victim’s purse including an iPod, digital camera and credit cards.
No arrests had been made at the time of the report.
- A 21-year-old woman reported criminal damage to property at the 2000 block of Moreland Boulevard Sunday afternoon.
According to a police report, an unknown subject slashed the tires on the victim’s vehicle.

- A 23-year-old man was arrested for theft at Joe’s Brewery, 706 S. Fifth St., Tuesday night.
According to a police report, the offender was arrested for stealing a 19-year-old woman’s purse.
- A 29-year-old woman reported deceptive practices at the Colonial Pantry Food Store No. 2, 1201 N. Mattis Ave., Tuesday night.
According to a police report, the victim believes her debit card numbers were obtained when she used an ATM machine at the business. Since that time, an unknown offender used the debit card number on at least four occasions.

- A 38-year-old woman reported residential burglary at the 700 block of West Church Street, Feb. 22.
According to a police report, an unknown offender entered the victim’s unsecured residence and stole a DVD player.

- A 21-year-old man reported criminal damage to property at the 400 block of East John Street, Sunday afternoon.
According to a police report, an unknown offender broke out the back window of his vehicle.
No arrests had been made at the time of the report.
- A 20-year-old woman reported criminal damage to property at the 300 block of East Daniel Street Sunday evening.
According to a police report, an unknown offender threw unknown items from a high rise balcony, hitting the victim’s parked car.

Urbana
- A 30-year-old man was arrested for illegal disposal of garbage at Goodyear Tire Center, 202 S. Vine St., Tuesday morning.
According to a police report, the offender deposited trash in the dumpster of the business without permission.
- A 31-year-old man, a 49-year-old woman and a 52-year-old woman reported disorderly conduct at the 800 block of North Lincoln Avenue, Tuesday morning.
According to a police report, a 42-year-old offender started demanding money to go buy more alcohol after drinking with the victims. When they refused, the offender became upset and started yelling at the victims. The 31-year-old man told the offender to leave, and the offender claimed that he took her cell phone and threw it in the road. The cell phone was found, and the victims said they did not want the offender arrested.

- A 44-year-old man was arrested for an accident hit and run at the 1700 block of East Florida Avenue, Tuesday afternoon.
According to a police report, the offender and the victim’s vehicles were involved in an accident, and the offender fled the accident scene. The victim was injured and transported to the hospital. The offender was later located.
- A 47-year-old man reported criminal damage to property at the 800 block of West Florida Avenue, Tuesday afternoon.
According to a police report, an unknown offender drove through the victim’s yard, damaging the sod.

- A juvenile boy and a 20-year-old man were arrested at the intersection of Goodwin Avenue and Hill Street, Tuesday evening.
According to a police report, the juvenile offender was a passenger in the vehicle stopped by the police for an equipment violation. An odor of burnt cannabis was smelled emitting from the vehicle, and the offender voluntarily gave up the cannabis from his pocket. There were also several loose pieces of cannabis found in the vehicle. The driver was arrested for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
The juvenile offender was issued a state notice to appear in court.
