BJ Novak, current regular on the popular television show “The Office” will perform live on the Quad by the Illini Union Building tonight at 7:30 p.m. The stand-up performance will be outside barring any inclement weather, in which case the act will be moved to the Illini Union’s second floor ballroom. If this occurs, only the first 550 people would be allowed entry.

Novak became a household name for his role as Ryan Howard on “The Office” but he has established a strong stand-up comedy act as well and he has toured the country performing to other campuses including Cornell.
