The small coffee house, Bar Giuliani, will after five years no longer be a fixture on Green St. for coffee breaks between classes. The cafe is closing on Dec. 19.

“Several different factors were involved,” Manager Gary Dicicco said. Some factors included the ending of their lease, increasing rent, issues relating to the economy, and personal reasons.

Dicicco said that the reaction from customers has also been very sad.

Bar Giuliani is located at 608 E. Green St next to Murphy’s Pub.
