Gov. Rod Blagojevich plans to attend tomorrow’s impeachment hearing to give his closing arugment, according to Senate President John Cullerton.

At about 2:50 pm Cullerton announced to his fellow senators that he had been given word that Blagojevich plans to end his boycott of the trial. Blagojevich will defend himself without any attorneys.

The governor must file a motion before speaking.

Following the rumbles from the senate floor, the trial proceeded with the testimony from state auditor general William Holland.
