Earth Week begins today with a wide range of events, which will last through Sunday.

Earth week is an international event that focuses on appreciating and protecting Earth and the environment. University organizations are helping bring the festivities to Champaign-Urbana. Today’s events include a Recycled Rhythms Concert in the Illini Union, a session about sustainable businesses practices at the University’s YMCA and a documentary film screening in the Illini Union Pine Lounge.
