The MTD says most areas in the communities are serviceable because of the efforts of the public works departments.
The University also announced that Willard Airport had reopened. The entrance roads were cleared and crews were working to clear parking lots of snow.
Willard officials say it’s unlikely that any scheduled flights will arrive from Chicago on Monday because of inclement climate.
Both Amtrak and Greyhound have updated their list of cancellations. You can find Amtrak’s here and Greyhound’s here.

The Champaign-Urbana MTD has suspended its services Monday until at least noon, according to a press release.
The MTD made the decision because of drifting snow and snowplowing decisions: The University isn’t plowing University District roadways, and the cities are focusing their efforts on plowing main roads.
Because of the winter break reduction, no buses were running Sunday evening at the time of the decision.
MTD officials say they are evaluating roadways and trying to determine when service can be restarted.
According to the release, if service resumes Monday, it will likely be “extremely limited in nature,” and MTD officials will make a decision about Monday evening service earlier in the day.
The winter storm across the Midwest is also affecting other travel services.
The University earlier announced the closure of Willard Airport. Changes to Amtrak service can be found here, and alterations to Greyhound routes can be found here.
