Brit Miller arrested for DUI

Former Illini linebacker Brit Miller, 27, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol in Macon County on Monday.

Miller was stopped by Illinois State Police around 2 a.m. when he was driving eastbound in the westbound lanes of US-36, according to a press release.

According to the release, Miller showed multiple signs of impairment and admitted to drinking. He was also charged for failing to wear a seatbelt, driving without insurance and driving with open alcohol in the car.

Miller was processed at the Macon County Jail and was released on bond.
