Roads will be closed near the University Veterinary Teaching Hospital beginning Monday, Nov. 10, through mid-December due to construction.

Beginning Monday, improvements will be made to Hazelwood Drive, requiring road closures and detours through mid-December. Pavement, curb and sidewalk improvements near the University Veterinary Teaching Hospital will improve access to the hospital’s large animal and small animal clinics.

Sections of Hazelwood Drive will remain open for Hazelwood Drive Parking permit holders. Additionally, the small animal clinic and emergency services access will be accessible via Hazelwood Drive entering from Lincoln Avenue. However, the large animal clinic and emergency services/deliveries access will only be accessible from St. Mary’s Road.
