JSM announced in a press release that it will open the Campus Center Public Parking Deck, located at 509 E. Healey St., Champaign, on Monday at 8 a.m. 

The four-level parking deck will be the second component of the Lot J redevelopment project to open, following Marriott TownePlace Suites’ July 1 opening. 

The parking deck will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Parking rates will begin at $1 per hour, but only cash and coins will be accepted for the first few weeks. After that, credit cards will be accepted, as well as validation tickets under the Park Campustown Validation Program.
