Champaign

  • Retail theft was reported around 5 a.m. in the 2300 block of West Springfield Avenue. According to the report, three suspects stole liquor from a convenience store.
  • Retail theft was reported around 3:45 a.m. in the 1600 block of West Springfield Avenue. According to the report, the suspect stole several DVDs and one Blu-ray disc from the store.

University

  • Theft was reported at Electrical and Computer Engineering Building in the 300 block of North Wright Street, around 9 p.m. Tuesday. According to the report, an unknown offender stole the victim’s bicycle, which was locked to a rack. The bicycle has an estimated value of $500.

Urbana

  • A 58-year-old female was arrested on the charge of theft at Meijer at 2500 S Philo Road around 12:30 p.m. Tuesday. According to the report, the offender worked at the store and stole a bottle of vodka.
  • Theft was reported at Circle K, 2011 N. Lincoln. Ave., around 4 p.m. Tuesday. According to the report, an unknown offender pumped gasoline and left without paying.
