What Mayor Deborah Feinen's emergency order means for Unofficial

All businesses located within the city limits of Champaign, bounded by Springfield Avenue on the north, Wright Street on the east, Kirby Avenue on the west, and north on Neil Street to Springfield Avenue, possessing a Class A or Class R bar or restaurant liquor license that permits the establishment to sell alcoholic beverages will be restricted in the following ways:
Bars and restaurants will be prohibited from serving alcoholic beverages between 6 a.m. and 10 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
Bars and restaurants will be prohibited from hosting private events that result in special drink pricing from 10 a.m. Friday until 2:30 a.m. Sunday.
Bars and restaurants will be prohibited from serving beer in pitchers from 10 a.m. Friday until 2:30 a.m. Sunday.

Establishments with Class A licenses will be required to have at least one employee at all entrances to check patron IDs. All patrons must be at least 21 years-old to enter such establishments from Friday until 2:30 a.m. Sunday.
All businesses with a Class P package liquor license which allows for the sale of packaged liquor for consumption off of the business premises bounded by Springfield Avenue on the north, Wright Street on the east, Kirby Avenue on the west, and north on Neil Street to Springfield Avenue will be prohibited from selling package liquor from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
No keg permits will be issued by Feinen, the liquor commissioner, from 12:01 a.m. Friday until 2:30 a.m. Sunday. It is unlawful to possess more than one keg per residence.
