Champaign

An armed robbery was reported at Dotty’s, 505 S. Mattis Ave., around 2 a.m. on Sunday. The offender stole currency and cigarettes.

A theft and credit card fraud were reported at Walmart, 2610 N. Prospect Ave., around 8:30 a.m. on Thursday. According to the report, the victim lost their wallet and an unknown offender made fraudulent purchases with the lost debit card.

University

Theft was reported at Memorial Stadium, 1402 S. First St., between 6 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. on Thursday. According to the report, the victim’s bicycle was taken after being left unlocked near a bicycle rack.

Urbana

A burglary was reported in the 1500 block of Cunningham Avenue around 6 a.m. on Sunday. According to the report, the unknown offender had broken the window to an Urbana business and stole several electronic items.

A 31-year-old male was arrested on the charge of assault at McDonald’s, 601 N. Cunningham Ave., around 4 a.m. on Sunday. According to the report, the offender attempted to punch the victim in the McDonald’s parking lot. The victim said they were in fear of being battered.
