An arrest on charges of credit card fraud was reported at Lowes, 1904 N. Prospect Ave., around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday. According to the report, the 20-year-old female used stolen credit card information to purchase gift cards at her place of employment.

Criminal damage to property was reported on the 1700 block of West John Street around 6:30 p.m. Monday. According to the report, the victim’s vehicle tires were cut.

University

Theft was reported at the Activities and Recreation Center, 201 E. Peabody Drive in Champaign, around 10 p.m. Saturday. According to the report, a wallet was stolen from an unsecured locker. The student later learned that unauthorized charges had been made to two credit cards totaling $908.96.

Theft was reported at the ACES Library, 1101 S. Goodwin Ave. in Urbana, around 10 p.m. Tuesday. According to the report, a laptop computer, textbook and two calculators with an estimated total value of $695 were stolen. They were left unattended at a study desk.

A domestic dispute was reported on the 1300 block of Philo Road around 1 p.m. Tuesday. According to the report, the victim and suspect are related and live together. The victim owns the house and took the suspect in when she was homeless. The suspect called police and made accusations against the victim after an argument where the victim told the suspect that she has to move out. The victim said she is scared of the suspect and the victim was given a DVA form.

Disorderly conduct was reported on the 2000 block of Vawter Street around 5 p.m. Tuesday. According to the report, the offender called 911 to report a medical emergency when there were no grounds for this report. An emergency agency responded to the location of the false report.

Motor vehicle theft was reported on the 2100 block of East Michigan Avenue around 6 p.m. Tuesday. According to the report, an unknown offender removed a motorcycle from the victim’s driveway. The motorcycle had been listed for sale and the keys were not with the motorcycle.
