Champaign

An arrest for trespassing and resisting police was reported at Guidos on the 00 block of Main Street around 11 p.m. Thursday. According to the report, the subject was arrested after refusing to leave the bar.

Burglary from a motor vehicle and criminal damage to property were reported on the 2300 block of Rodney Drive around 11 a.m. Thursday. According to the report, the victim’s unlocked vehicle was entered and a portable radio was taken. The turn signal was also damaged.

Urbana

Domestic battery was reported on the 1000 block of Kerr Avenue around 8 a.m. Saturday. According to the report, the victim and offender are married and got into an argument over several small issues. The offender then proceeded to hit the victim with a pillow.

An arrest for retail  theft was reported at Walmart on the 100 block of S. High Cross Road around 11:30 a.m. Saturday. According to the report, the arrestee entered the business and selected items. While completing the purchase, the arrestee failed to scan 29 clothing items, 26 food items and one toy in her cart, passing the last point of purchase with the unpaid items.
