Stalking was reported on Park and Third streets around midnight Wednesday. According to the report, the victim reported her ex-husband was stalking her.
Domestic battery was reported on the 100 block of Ells Avenue around 5 p.m. Wednesday. According to the report, the victim reported she had been battered by her child’s father three different times. No witnesses or injuries have been found. No arrests have been made.
Battery, residential trespassing and cannabis and drug paraphernalia possession were reported on the 00 block of East Main Street around 3:30 a.m. Thursday. According to the report, one of the subjects involved jumped off the fourth-floor balcony after a drunken confrontation with the other subject in an apartment.

Theft was reported at Trelease Hall, 901 College Court, between 12:30 a.m. and 3 a.m. Thursday. According to the report, a student reported someone entered his room and took cash from his wallet. The room was unoccupied, but whether the door was locked or not is unknown.
Urbana
An arrest was made on the charge of driving under the influence of alcohol around 2 p.m. Thursday. According to the report, the driver of the vehicle was found slumped over the wheel of his vehicle. The driver stated he was traveling to the hospital to seek treatment and was found to be in possession and consuming a hygiene product containing alcohol.
Theft of lost and mislaid property was reported at Springfield and Busey avenues around 3 p.m. Thursday. According to the report, the victim lost her wallet and believes she may have dropped it at a bus stop or on a bus. The victim contacted MTD and they were unable to locate the wallet.
Animal cruelty was reported on the 900 block of Busey Avenue around 9 a.m. Tuesday. According to the report, an animal welfare check was conducted on animals at the residence since the animals were not on rabies vaccinations. Notices to appear in court were issued.
