Theft was reported at Circle K, 2315 W. Springfield Ave., around 1 p.m. Monday. According to the report, the victim’s vehicle was stolen while they were inside the store. The offenders have not been located.

Theft was reported at Heartland Healthcare, 309 E. Springfield Ave., around 2 p.m. Monday. According to the report, the victim’s debit card and cash was stolen from one of their pants’ pockets.

Harassment was reported on the 600 block of Crescent Drive around 2 a.m. Monday. According to the report, the offender called the victim 23 times within the span of two hours, causing the victim’s phone service to be interrupted.

Urbana

An arrest was made on the charges of theft at Circle K, 2011 N. Lincoln Ave., around 11 a.m. Monday. According to the report, the suspect removed items from the victim’s packages while the victim was in the bathroom. The packaging for the items was found in the trashcan in the bathroom.

Criminal damage to property was reported on the 800 block of Wabash Street around 9 a.m. Monday. According to the report, the victim’s car windshield was broken by a rock thrown by an unknown offender.
