Burglary was reported on the 500 block of South Third Street around 7 a.m. Thursday. According to the report, the victim left her purse in the front passenger seat of her vehicle. When the victim came back to her vehicle, the driver’s side window was shattered and the purse had been taken.

Criminal damage to property was reported at Country Inn and Suites, 602 W. Marketview Drive, around 12 p.m. Friday. According to the report, the victim reported her vehicle was damaged by the father of her child. 

Criminal damage to property was reported at Meijer, 2401 N. Prospect Ave., around 8 a.m. Monday. According to the report, an unknown offender intentionally scratched the front passenger door of the victim’s vehicle.

Theft was reported on the 700 block of Western Avenue around 11 a.m. Tuesday. According to the report, the victim reported an unknown offender took her wallet.

An arrest was made on the charges of trespassing on the 2000 block of Vawter Street around 1 a.m. Wednesday. According to the report, the suspect is homeless and was in a building where she was previously given a trespass warning from entering. After the third time of entering, the suspect was taken into custody.

Deceptive practices was reported on the 600 block of East Oregon Street around 8 p.m. Tuesday. According to the report, an unknown offender stole the victim’s identity and created a fake social media account trying to defraud the victim of rent money.
